Analytics

How to read the Analytics Dashboard and Log List: every metric, chart, and filter, and how to spot problems.

The Analytics module has two pages: Analytics Dashboard and Log List. Both are visible to admin accounts only.

Analytics Dashboard

“Analytics → Analytics Dashboard”. Aggregates traffic and blocking across all ads for a quick health check.

Data range

Pick the period at the top: Today / Last 3 days / Last 7 days / Last 15 days / Yesterday / Previous 3 days / Previous 7 days / Previous 15 days. All metrics and charts follow the selection. “Refresh” updates manually.

KPI cards

MetricMeaningHow to read it
Total clicksTotal clicks in the periodDoes the volume match the ad spend?
CTRClick-through rate = clicks / impressionsLow means the creative or targeting may need work
Block rateShare of traffic that was blockedToo high means rules are too strict or traffic is poor
Suspicious shareShare of traffic flagged proxy/VPN/datacenter etc.Too high means poor traffic quality — add rules

The page flags anomalies, e.g. “Block rate unusually high, check traffic quality” or “CTR is low, consider optimizing creatives”.

Charts

  • Hourly click trend: click distribution over 24 hours — spot peaks, valleys, and spikes.
  • Conversion funnel (HTML mode): page view → ad display → ad click, with load rate and overall conversion rate. This funnel covers template (HTML) mode data only.
  • Traffic quality distribution: normal / proxy / anonymous / VPN / datacenter / Tor / CDN / crawler / blocked — the traffic mix at a glance.
  • Geo distribution TOP10: clicks and block rate by country. Countries with very high block rates may carry malicious traffic — monitor them.
  • Device distribution: share by device type (desktop/mobile/tablet, …).
  • Platform comparison: clicks and CTR per ad platform — see which performs better.
  • Block reason analysis TOP5: top reasons among blocked traffic — helps decide whether to adjust rules.

Log List

“Analytics → Log List”. Every single visit, with its full decision trail. Fields, filtering, and sample analysis are in Access logs and data dashboard.

Common workflows:

  • Filter: narrow by time, ad, platform, page, status, etc.;
  • Check block reasons: each log shows a three-part reason (e.g. “Country · Blocklist · US”) so you know exactly what blocked it;
  • Re-test samples: pick high-frequency blocked traits from the sample list and import them into the Pre-launch Rule Preview to verify rules;
  • Judge trends: combine the dashboard’s block rate with log details to tell rule false-positives apart from poor traffic.
