System & Account

Rule Templates, User management, Domain management, Notifications, Country/Language lists, Operator info, and Change Password.

This covers the lower half of the sidebar: Rule Templates, User List, System menus (including Notifications), and Change Password.

Rule Templates

“Rule Templates” — the rules page lets you save a full rule set as a template; this page manages those templates (configuring and applying templates happens on the ad’s Rules page; this page handles organization only).

Columns: template name, visibility (shared / private), owner (mine / others), updated time, and actions (preview / rename).

Actions

  • Preview: view the complete rule content saved in the template;
  • Rename: change the name (own templates only).

How to use: on the ad’s Rules page, you can “save as template” or apply a template in one click. Edge Decision can also use rules saved here.

User Management

“User List” (admin only). Manage team sub-accounts; each has its own promo code and bound domain.

Columns: operation (edit / delete), username, promo code, status, last login, created time, updated time.

Create / Edit user:

  • Username: login name, must be unique;
  • Password: at least 6 characters (leave empty when editing to keep the current one);
  • Promo code: one per user, used as sub1 in Ops Tracking. Leave empty at creation to auto-generate;
  • Status: enabled / disabled;
  • Bound domain: assign which delivery domains this user can use.

Role: accounts are Admin or Regular; differences are in Console overview. Sub-accounts are created here by admins — there’s no self-registration.

Domain Management

“System → Domain List” (admin only). View and maintain delivery domains.

Columns: domain, hosting type (proxy-hosted / self-managed), HTTPS:443 status, HTTP:80 status, created time, actions.

Actions

  • PING: check whether port 443 (HTTPS) is reachable;
  • Deploy: deploy the domain to the delivery server (HTTPS/HTTP).

Note: domains can’t be self-added — contact your onboarding contact to activate one. You buy the domain yourself; we help with DNS and provide SSL certificates for free.

Notifications

“System → Notifications” (admin only). Bind Telegram for this account and opt into ops alerts (license expiring, domain unhealthy).

You can configure:

  • Notify language (zh / en / ja, default Chinese): message body language, independent of the UI; editing templates only changes the current language
  • Event toggles: license expiring, domain unhealthy, daily domain health, and others (follow the in-product catalog; new events default off)
  • Message templates: per-event title/body with {{placeholders}}; blank uses built-in defaults
  • Telegram / Webhook: enable either or both; Webhook needs a URL (optional signing secret/header); save, then use Test send

Delivery is via Telegram and Webhook. Inactive or expired accounts do not receive notify for that account.

Bot creation, chat_id lookup, and how this differs from ops System Notify: Notify & Telegram setup. Webhook body and signing: Notify & Webhook setup.

Country List

“System → Country List”. Reference data for rules and reports.

Search: country name / ISO code / continent name / continent code.

Columns: number, country name, ISO code, continent name, continent code.

Read-only reference — no routine maintenance needed.

Language List

“System → Language List”. Reference data for language-UI rule checks.

Search: name / identifier.

Columns: number, language name, language identifier (BCP 47).

Read-only reference.

Operator Info

“System → Operator Info” (visible to some accounts). Shows your company’s basics and automation policy:

  • Operator ID / Operator name: your company’s identity;
  • Conversion tracking: the master switch for Ops Tracking;
  • Expiry time: service validity;
  • Auto-check domain status / Auto-delete abnormal domains / Auto-deploy domains (certificates, etc.): domain automation toggles;
  • Auto-delete after N consecutive abnormal days: how many consecutive bad days before a domain is cleaned up.

Usually nothing to change here; contact onboarding if something looks off.

Change Password

Avatar menu (top right) → Change Password.

  • New password: at least 6 characters;
  • New password (confirm): must match;
  • Takes effect immediately — use the new password next time you sign in.
