Adswds provides traffic-filtering, landing-page, domain-operations, asset-export and, where enabled, conversion-tracking tools. Demo environments use non-production data. Features, capacity and support are defined by the applicable order or written agreement.
3. Acceptable use
- Comply with applicable laws, advertising-platform rules and third-party rights.
- Do not use the service for malware, fraud, unlawful surveillance, infringement or harmful traffic.
- Do not use the service to evade advertising-platform review, violate platform terms, or show reviewers content different from content shown to ordinary visitors.
- Do not probe, reverse engineer, interfere with or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
4. Accounts and content
You are responsible for credentials, permissions and content submitted to the service. You must have the rights and notices required for pages, domains, tracking data and uploaded materials.
5. Fees, suspension and termination
Paid plans are charged as agreed. We may suspend access for security, non-payment or material breach. Either party may terminate according to the applicable agreement; accrued obligations survive termination.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Filtering results, advertising approval, traffic quality and conversion outcomes are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect and consequential damages are excluded and aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the preceding twelve months.
