We derive location and network hints from the IP (for example country/city/ASN and common proxy/VPN/hosting flags) and parse the user agent into browser, OS and device type so our team can respond safely and detect spam. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to protect the form from abuse.
- Inquiry records are retained for up to 12 months, then deleted or anonymized where practical.
